My new favorite salad is something so simple and so yummy.  I find myself craving it often… thank goodness all it requires is some chopping. 1 vine ripe tomato 1/3 Avocado 1/3 Jar of artichoke hearts (in water) 1/2 cup chopped cucumber salt and pepper to taste drizzle of balsamic vinegar I love the colors ...
