LA Ladies: Full Body Makeover Challenge
During the holiday season, we all tend to go a little overboard with all the sweet treats at the dinner table, at work, from friends and family. This year I’m taking a handful of sassy, busy, determined LA ladies under my wing and challenging them to lose 10lbs in 8 weeks. I want them to end this year and start the new one healthy, strong and sexy. You’ll meet them soon and see how they do. It’s going to be so fun and super rewarding!!
If you are wondering what they will be going through, here is a sample day. They have to complete all their workouts, eat all their meals, work, take care of their kids alongside all their other daily responsiblities.
6am: 30 minutes cardio
6:30 Meal 1
9:00: Meal 2
12:00: Meal 3 Posture Alignment Program
4:00: Meal 4
6:00: Full Body Workout & 30 minutes cardio
8:00: Meal 5
Commitment is key and so is support. It would be a whole lot easier if everyone had their own chef, personal trainer and stylist like the celebrities. Maybe one day…. but for now, I got your back : )
I believe people can make a change if they believe they can. I can’t wait to see who will come out on top and who will stay committed. It’s a hard challenge, but I know it can be done… this is what I’ve been helping people with for the last 3 years!! Let’s get this, ladies!!!
